The 2025 spring Ariel Consortium Meeting will be hosted by SRON Space Research Organisation Netherlands in Leiden, the Netherlands. The meeting will take place from April 9th to 11th. In addition April 8th has been reserved for a technical meeting.

The main meeting (Wednesday 9th to Friday 11th April) will be held at Scheltema downtown Leiden (Marksteeg 1 Leiden).
Scheltema is at walking distance to Leiden’s city center, the main Leiden train station and numerous hotels. The train station connects to the Schiphol airport by train.
A technical meeting will be held on Tuesday April 8th before the main meeting at SRON Leiden (Niels Bohrweg 4).
On Wednesday April 9th, a conference dinner will be held at the restaurant City Hall (Stadhuisplein 3 Leiden, entry through the Breestraat).
Leiden is a walkable city, and all locations are easily reached on foot or bike. Busses run to SRON Leiden regularly (every 10-15 mins).
